© Rockstar GamesRockstar describes Brian Heder as an old-school smuggler from the Keys’ heyday who still runs drugs through his boat yard with Lori, his third wife, and who is now senior enough to hand the dirty work to others.
One of those others is Jason. In exchange for help shaking down locals, and the occasional visit for one of Lori’s sangrias, Brian gives him a place to live for free. Cal Hampton is another of Brian’s associates.
In the Extended Look
Kotaku’s description of An Extended Look has Jason and Lucia meeting Brian at a party.
