Éditions de GTA 6 : Standard ou Ultimate

What the Ultimate Edition adds

Rockstar and both console stores list the same 16 Ultimate-only extras: 11 items and activities plus five shops that Rockstar says are “only open for business with the Ultimate Edition”. Rockstar says the bonuses are spread through the story, “with new items uncovered behind each chapter”, so not everything is available from the start; the ’95 Grotti Cheetah, for example, is held back for later-stage action. Rockstar has not given a chapter-by-chapter unlock list. The gang raid is called “PTT Youngin$ Illegal Goods Store” on Rockstar’s editions page and “PTT Youngin$ Compound” in the store listings.

• Vice City Style outfits, hairstyles and tattoos for both characters
• Shitzu Squalo boat in pink-and-blue gradient, docked at Washington Beach, with an explosives weapons crate
• PTT Youngin$ compound raid in Southside Vice City
• Rideout Customs mod shop (Ultimate only)
• Sara’s Unisex Salon (Ultimate only)

Upgrading from Standard to Ultimate

Prix:

Xbox: $20.00 / £20.00 / €20.00 / AU$30.00; PlayStation: no price shown yet

The Ultimate extras are also sold on their own as the Grand Theft Auto VI: Ultimate Edition Upgrade, which needs the base game; the Xbox listing notes the game is sold separately. On Xbox it is already up for pre-order at $20.00, £20.00, €20.00 and AU$30.00, so Standard plus the upgrade costs the same as the Ultimate Edition at current prices. PlayStation Store lists the upgrade but, as of October 20, 2026, marks it “Not available for purchase” with no price, while the Rockstar Store tells owners they can upgrade on PlayStation Store or Microsoft Store “at any time”. Sony’s terms say the upgrade does not qualify for the free GTA+ month.

Most pre-orders are for the Ultimate Edition

Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick told CNBC in August that pre-orders were “skewing more to the premium edition”, as GamesRadar+ and TechRadar report. Market-data firm Sensor Tower estimated in mid-August that 89% of pre-orders were for the Ultimate Edition (90% on Xbox, 88.5% on PlayStation), as GamesRadar+ and TechRadar report via GamesIndustry.biz. Sensor Tower expects that share to fall as more casual buyers order closer to launch, and Take-Two has not published its own split.

Vintage Vice City Pack (pre-order bonus)

Prix:

Offert pour tout achat avant le 20 novembre 2026

Take-Two says every pre-order and every purchase made before November 20, 2026 includes the Vintage Vice City Pack, whichever edition and whether digital or boxed. It contains a two-tone ’55 Vapid Stanier with the Shore Court garage near Ocean Beach, period outfits and hairstyles for Jason and Lucia, and a tropical weapon pattern. PlayStation Store and Xbox Store phrase the same deadline as buying by the end of November 19, launch day itself. Rockstar has not said whether the pack will be sold or offered again after the deadline.

• ’55 Vapid Stanier, une berline bicolore des années 1950
• Shore Court personal garage near Ocean Beach, with a weapon locker and a secure stash for stolen goods to fence
• Lucia: red sequin mini dress and curls
• Tropical weapon pattern for most guns, based on Tommy Vercetti’s palm-tree shirt

Mois gratuit de GTA+ (bonus numérique)

Prix:

Physical copies: a download code in a box

Prix:

$79.99 / £69.99 (édition Standard uniquement)

The only boxed version is the Standard Edition, and the box holds a download code, not a disc. The Rockstar Store says plainly that a disc will not be included and that you need an internet connection and a platform account to download the game. Take-Two says boxed copies are available from November 12, 2026 so buyers can pre-load. The Rockstar Store sells the box itself and ships to 20 countries in North America and Europe, and its PlayStation codes only work on accounts from the matching region (US/Canada, UK, or its listed European countries).

Une version disque plus tard ?

No disc edition of GTA 6 has been announced as of October 20, 2026. In June 2026 Polish site PPE.pl, citing its insider Graczdari, claimed disc copies would follow in December; VGC reported the claim, and Rockstar and Take-Two have not confirmed it. Back in February, Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick told Variety that holding back a physical version until after launch was “not the plan”, months before the code-in-box was announced. In August he said discs “don’t really make sense” for big games, while allowing that physical versions may still appear “now and then”.

Some retailers will not sell the code-in-box

Where you can buy GTA 6

Pre-orders opened at midnight local time on June 25, 2026. Take-Two lists PlayStation Store, Microsoft Store, the Rockstar Games Store and retailers worldwide. The Rockstar Store sells the boxed Standard Edition directly and links digital buyers to PlayStation Store or Xbox Store. The Ultimate Edition is only on PlayStation Store and Xbox Store.

Pre-load from November 12

What time GTA 6 unlocks

Rockstar has not published unlock times. Only GamesRadar+ reports a staggered, region-by-region launch, based on PlayStation Store timestamps gathered by fan site GTA Vice, starting in New Zealand and ending in Mexico. Store data we checked on October 20 fits a midnight local-time start: PlayStation Store lists 00:00 UTC on November 19 for the UK, 23:00 UTC on November 18 for Germany and France, 05:00 UTC on November 19 for the US (midnight Eastern) and 13:00 UTC on November 18 for Australia (midnight in Sydney), and Microsoft Store data shows the same US and Australian times.

Taille du téléchargement et de l’installation

Neither Rockstar nor the console stores have published GTA 6’s download or install size as of October 20, 2026; the PlayStation and Xbox listings checked that day show no size. GamesRadar+ estimates at least 120–130GB, judging from GTA 5, Red Dead Redemption 2 and Starfield, but that is an estimate. A figure of about 200GB came from a 2024 social media post linking to a since-deleted story, and GamesRadar+ says to treat it with caution.

Rockstar has not announced GTA 6 for PC, so there are no PC editions or prices. VGC and PC Gamer report a GamesBeat claim, citing four anonymous industry sources, that a PC version is planned for the first three months of 2027. Rockstar has not commented, and PC Gamer says to take the report with a grain of salt. Separately, after The Verge reported an Xbox streaming deal, Xbox chief strategy officer Matthew Ball said the game will not stream exclusively or to PC, according to PC Gamer.

Sony PS5 + GTA 6 bundle

Prix:

$84.99 / €84.99 / £74.99 / ¥12,480

Sony’s only GTA VI-branded hardware so far is a pair of limited-edition DualSense controllers, one black and one white, with a colour-shifting finish, moulded palm-tree details and GTA VI branding. They launch from November 19, 2026, though Sony says dates may vary by country, and pre-orders opened on September 10. The white version is sold through direct.playstation.com and retailers; the black one is exclusive to direct.playstation.com where that store operates, and sold through retailers elsewhere. These are controllers only; Sony has not said any game is included.

Prix:

¥55,000 (lecteur de disque ¥11,980)

Sony’s Japanese PlayStation Blog announced the PS5 Digital Edition Midnight Black, a Japan-only model, at ¥55,000 including tax, launching on November 19, the same day as GTA 6. It works only with accounts set to Japanese language and the Japan region, and its listed contents are the console, a DualSense controller, cables and Astro’s Playroom, with no copy of GTA 6. Pre-orders at Japanese retailers open on October 20, alongside a matching Midnight Black disc drive at ¥11,980. GamesRadar+ and Dexerto also reported the announcement.

UK retailer bundles (EE)

Prix:

£808 (PS5 Pro) et £588 (PS5 Slim) en juin ; £843 et £603 au 24 août

Only GamesRadar+ reports this: UK retailer EE put together its own bundles of a console plus a Standard Edition copy, a PS5 Pro for £808 and a PS5 Slim Disc Edition for £588. These were EE’s own deals, not Sony products. By its August 24 update, GamesRadar+ listed them at £843 and £603, with smaller savings.

Xbox Series X|S + GTA 6 bundle

Prix:

$399.99 (GamesRadar+ indique £349.99 au Royaume-Uni)

There is no collector’s edition of the game. The closest thing is Rockstar’s Grand Theft Auto VI: The Goodtime State – Vice City Collection, a $399.99 merchandise box on the Rockstar Store, and the listing states that the game is sold separately. It includes a Macca the Gator figure, Oakley Frogskins sunglasses, a crossbody bag, a New Era cap, pins, stickers, a shot glass, a swizzle spoon and a double-sided poster with a map of Leonida. It ships from November 19, 2026, is limited to one per person and is made in limited quantities; on October 20 it was still listed for pre-order.

GTA VI: The Album (bande originale en CD et vinyle)

Prix:

$19.98 le CD / $49.98 le vinyle / $124.98 le vinyle limité (épuisé)

Rockstar’s music page lists Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album, 34 original tracks, as “Coming November 19” and links to pre-orders on vinyl or CD. The official album store linked from that page prices the CD at $19.98 and the vinyl at $49.98, while its $124.98 limited-edition vinyl showed as sold out on October 20, 2026. GamesRadar+ reports retailer-exclusive vinyl colours at Best Buy and Blood Records. It is music only and does not include the game.
